Krip Suri is seen in the star Bharat show '10:29 Ki Aakhri Dastak'

Krip Kapur Suri, who started his career with Sony TV's serial 'Maan Rahe Tera Pita' in 2010, has shown his acting skills in excellent shows like Phulwa, Savitri, Uttaran, Jeet Gayi To Piya More, Radhakrishna, Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, and Baghin in his television career. Apart from TV serials, Krip has also shown his acting skills in the film 'Yamla Pagla Deewana' in 2011. Currently, Krip is seen in Star Bharat's horror show '10:29 Ki Aakhri Dastak'.

Tell us something about the show and your character.

The name of our show is “10:29 Ki Aakhri Dastak”. The show is being aired on Star Bharat from 10 June every night at 10:29 pm. The character I am playing in it is obvious from his look that he is a grey-shade character. My character’s name is Prabhakar Tripathi but this character calls himself Pablo Tripathi because he is very inspired by the drug lord Pablo. This character considers him his God and he behaves like him. All the wrong deeds that you will see in the show are done by this one person. He is the Sarpanch of the village and due to fear of him, people call him Daddy Ji. He also likes it when people call him Daddy Ji and Pablo. This character is quite mysterious, and I think the audience will not understand this character so soon. The audience will get to see the mystery of this character right from the beginning of the show. It will take some time to understand this character but everyone will understand that this is the character whom the whole village is scared of, and this one person is the reason behind whatever is happening in the show.

You have been in the industry for so long, the audience has seen your versatile characters. What is the reason behind doing this character, tell us about it.

If we talk about my journey, it is God's grace and blessings that I got the opportunity to play different characters. According to me, a character makes an actor, and not an actor makes a character. When an actor gets a character, it is a one-line role, so I feel every actor should work on the look of his character. I believe that half the work is done by your look and after that comes your performance. Whatever characters I have played, I have tried to look fit according to that character.

If I talk about the reason behind doing this show and this character, there are many reasons for it. I got a call from the show's producer Charu Singh for this show. When I worked on Zee TV's show 'Jeet Gayi To Piya More', Charu was the Vice-President of Zee TV. Charu is a very nice person and one should never miss the opportunity to work with a good person. The second reason is that I have already worked with Star Bharat in three shows 'Savitri', 'Kalash' and 'Baghin'. This show is my fourth show with Star Bharat. The third and most important reason was that I needed work. Who likes to sit at home and eat bread, one has to work. This character had some hook-points which made me feel that I should do this character. I think the job of an actor is to show the world and the critics that I have potential. It is God's grace that I have these qualities and that is why I was able to play all the characters that I have played to date.

What would you like to say to your fans?

I would say that all the fans that I have, will join me more because we should keep connecting with our fans like this. Keep giving your love like this in the future as well because I only need love. Remember me in your prayers because if you are there then I am there, if you are not there then maybe I will also not be there.
